Fork mixer

Fork mixers are especially solid due to the fact that the main parts of the machine body are of steel, whereas the bowl guard is in thick stainless steel. The reduction and the drive unit, placed in the upper side of the machine, is assembled into a compact iron casting structure which gives to this important part a grist stability.

Said unit is dipped in an oil bath in order to ensure in course of time the accuracy between the different gears.

The bowl drive occurs by V-belts which allow a smooth transmission, besides these belts reduce the noise caused by other motions. The rotation ratio between fork and bowl has been selected in order to obtain the best dough in a short time. Fork mixers are especially suitable for hard dough with a low water percentage.
